I've been trying to post that list of definitions of emoticons/acronyms/Japanese words for people who may not yet be familiar with them, but I'm having some trouble.  This is a long post I'm trying to make.  I have the lists on my computer and I'm copying and pasting them into the post box.  Well, anyway, when I type or click on a lower part of the post, the post box suddenly scrolls up to a higher part of the post.  I don't know why that happens, but it interferes with me making my post.  Any ideas how this strange problem could be solved?

I have this issue on IE8 but not FF3.5
