I did too! I had no idea that they were going to do multiple winners! Who would have thought a costume thrown together by my work clothes would win. Yeah, would the post before I went to camp. Did my hair and ran outside with a camera.

The Ed costume I did was all hand made and thrift store bought XD The only thing that was bought online was my wig. It took me a year to complete it but it was well worth it. I say I did pretty well for having only one cosplay done XD lol

Yup!  We had our first place chosen by popular vote, our second place chosen by our con chair, and our random winner was our wild card!

Congrats to the winners; the Link was certainly well-deserved, and all the costumes looked good.  Even that dog that beat me.

Next time I'll have to make a costume that isn't just stuff I bought plus sticky felt :-D

Cathy, by the looks of the photo you submitted you would definitely not be able to tell that's your first cosplay; super impressive!  You are such a handsome Ed ahah.   Props on the hand-making too-- I always love when someone can make a costume AND make it look good! :3

Zora Armor was my 3rd cosplay, completed June 2008, but the photo was from Otakon 2009.. It's probably retired now because it's honestly not put together all that well... it was made entirely from scratch but it was only my 2nd year cosplaying at the time so I wasn't too experienced when I made it... 

Anywho, happy cosplaying to everyone, and I hope everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving!
