Panelist reinbursement?

So, I was a panelist for Tekkoshocon this year (Cosplay PJ party) and I was informed prior to applying to be a panelist that the panel perks for this year was full reinbursement of the weekend admission cost. I have yet to receive my reinbursement over a month later and I am wondering what's going on? Thanks.

Here's what happened in detail - I pre-registered at the Tekko' New Years party via. debit card on my way out. When I got to Tekko', I informed the pre-reg dude that I was a panelist and asked him how I was supposed to go about getting reinbursed. He informed me that he didn't know, and redirected me to the woman who was in charge of the front desk. She informed me that they would send the reinbursement of the cost by check in the mail, and for precautionary reasons would only reinburse after I checked in before my panel so that they knew I wasn't trying to scam them. I said okay, got my badge and that was that. Later on, about 45 minutes before my panel, I approached a female staffer (I forgot her name. D: But she was wearing steampunk.) and asked her where I was supposed to go to check in for the panel so they knew me and my co-panelist were going on with it. She then took me to the bag check, explained to them what was going on and they asked my name and checked it off the list. I then proceeded to my panel and hosted it.

Due to come unforeseeable circumstances, we'll be getting to panelist reimbursements a bit later than I hoped.  Don't worry, I haven't forgotten about any of them.  (I have my little list saved safely in several places.)  I'll be working on getting them out, it just won't be coming in the timely manner I had hoped.  Please be patient with us, we are trying to get to everything as quickly as we can.

is tekko still having issues on reinbursement, because my co-panelist says that he has yet to recieve it and sent 3 emails. he got a response on the first but that was awhile ago.

We are still working on them.  We had a major hiccup happen in the past few weeks and real life is really getting in the way for this process.  I haven't forgotten about them, at all, and it does take more than just me to get the reimbursements out.  They are coming, though.  (I've replied to every e-mail I've received about them... so I don't know who your friend is sending them to if he's not getting replies.)
