Trying to find a particular vendor ;x

So, at Tekko this year, while most of my friends were off buying their little hats and whatnot, I went on a spree. Across from the main manga vendor this year was a smaller vendor... They had a rather small collection of manga for three dollars a piece. What really cought my eye was that they had a large (gigantofreakingnormous) collection of $1 manga comics, a lot of which came from the nineties.

Does anyone know what this vendor was called? Do they have a site? Location? ;x

I'm pretty sure that was New Dimension Comics.  http://www.ndcomics.com/  That is their website and they have stores in Century III Mall (I've been to that one), a megastore in Ellwood City, and stores in Cranberry, McMurray, and Butler.
